In the role of Senior Consultant and Principal, Enrollment Marketing Services, you will engage with our internal client development, account management, and corporate marketing teams. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding current and potential higher education clients to achieve their undergraduate enrollment objectives through tailored, data-driven strategies. This prominent position is crucial for demonstrating our value to clients, enhancing overall revenue and profitability, and advocating for innovative advancements in our products and services.
This role is available for candidates in Richmond, VA, or Washington, D.C., and can also be performed remotely within the continental United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the client development team to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and identify the best service offerings to address prospective clients' undergraduate enrollment challenges.
- Work in partnership with client services and success teams to ensure clients meet their undergraduate enrollment objectives. Engage in weekly consultations, offer ad hoc enrollment advice, support in-person meetings, and develop focused strategies for client retention and growth.
- Assist the corporate marketing team in crafting and delivering thought leadership presentations through webinars, podcasts, and participation in conferences.
- Contribute to consulting contracts as required, which may include conducting assessments, data analysis, formulating strategic enrollment management plans, and providing actionable recommendations in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a senior admissions or enrollment leadership role.
- 10-12 years of relevant, full-time professional experience.
- Experience in marketing to and recruiting undergraduate and transfer students across various academic formats, including in-person and online.

Compensation And Benefits
The expected starting salary for this position ranges from \(150,000 to \)190,000 annually. Actual salaries will vary based on relevant experience, skills, and location. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses or incentive compensation based on individual and organizational performance.
