Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead comprehensive client engagements, from opportunity identification to the delivery of innovative solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
  • Evaluate client requirements and implement strategic DevOps solutions that align technology choices with business goals.
  • Facilitate clients' transition to cloud technologies and advanced IT strategies, promoting a transformative approach.
  • Collaborate with client development teams, ensuring transparency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Design and develop innovative solutions, architecture designs, and proof of concepts to showcase the value of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing and partner content, including sales materials, blog articles, podcasts, and workshops.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and career growth.
  • Remain informed of industry trends by maintaining relevant certifications and participating in technology events.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Enterprise or Anthos Clusters.
  • Strong expertise in container and Kubernetes hardening, particularly with security best practices.
  • Proficient in implementing HashiCorp Vault Enterprise for secure secret management and access controls in complex settings.
  • Familiarity with and troubleshooting of GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Substantial background in technical infrastructure, including systems design, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in coding and scripting languages, such as Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, and TypeScript.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, EKS, OCP, GKE, and AKS.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), automation, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, AWS Config, and Azure Automation.
  • Hands-on experience with secrets management solutions including KMS, HSMs, and HashiCorp Vault Enterprise.
  • Expertise in source control management (SCM) tools, including Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
  • Familiarity with API management platforms such as Apigee-X, Postman, AWS API Gateway, and Azure API Management.
  • Experience in Software Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a DevOps role.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects effectively.
