Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead an innovative and impactful food program for a prominent global client. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects aimed at enhancing the in-office dining experience for employees. As the essential connection between our client and external vendors, you will ensure the successful delivery of each project in accordance with the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee various food program projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison, facilitating clear communication and cooperation between the client and external vendors.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and keep all stakeholders updated on milestones and project statuses.
  • Vigilantly manage budgets and timelines, guaranteeing that projects are completed within established financial and temporal constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and facilities, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify potential risks, craft mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to vendor contracts and quality standards.
  • Conduct evaluations after project completion, gathering insights to inform future initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, or corporate services.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, particularly with corporate or global clientele, is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively managing relationships among stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar applications.
  • Knowledge of contract management and vendor compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, adept at identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • A degree in business, communications, finance, or a related discipline is required.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a valuable asset.
  • Familiarity with food program management or service-oriented operations is advantageous.
