Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs and declarations, for various client cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and support attorneys in trial preparation.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring easy access and orderly record-keeping.
  • Interview clients to accurately gather case information.
  • Manage subpoenas, communicate with process servers, and assist attorneys during hearings.
  • Undertake essential administrative tasks to facilitate effective case management.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of written grammar.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

  • Paralegal certification or advanced paralegal education is preferred; completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program is advantageous.
  • A bachelor’s degree is desirable.
