Job Overview

We are actively seeking a committed Project Manager to spearhead interdisciplinary design services for a range of land development initiatives, including mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports, and educational site developments. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the principal project manager, ensuring the effective delivery of intricate, high-priority projects that necessitate collaboration across various teams. You will lead your team, ensuring the execution of high-quality work and delivering meaningful solutions that cater to our clients’ engineering and design requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate project scopes, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress to guarantee financial viability and timely execution.
  • Oversee complex contract negotiations with an emphasis on achieving advantageous outcomes.
  • Direct project execution by assembling and managing diverse project teams, coordinating internal resources, and delegating responsibilities based on team members' expertise.
  • Track project progression and performance, ensuring deliverables align with established scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Handle change requests and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial impacts on projects.
  • Conduct detailed technical reviews to assure high-quality deliverables and compliance with project contract terms and specifications.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, accentuating exceptional service to secure future collaborations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project deliverables, including correspondence, design plans, and related materials.
  • Mentor team members on project management best practices, utilizing our project management programs and support resources.

You Bring To The Team

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Extensive project management experience, particularly in scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in site design and development.
  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
