Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager, Web Support to join our remote team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee operations, mentor supervisors, and guide Web Support Representatives, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service experiences. You will collaborate with Customer Care Managers and other leaders to align with team goals and maintain our exceptional standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer support and improve team efficiency.
  • Assume supervisory responsibilities as necessary, providing effective leadership and direction.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and initiate proactive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver uptraining initiatives for skill enhancement.
  • Play a significant role in departmental planning, shaping our mission, objectives, and policies.
  • Oversee timesheet management for your direct reports.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for Web Support Representatives.
  • Prepare and present quantitative reports to the Web Support Senior Manager regarding project and departmental progress.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as required to support team and customer needs.

Required Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to provide direction effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Previous call center experience is advantageous.
