Job Overview

Join our dynamic AI & Threat Analytics team as a Machine Learning Data Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our autofill classification models through the management, optimization, and analytical examination of datasets. This fully remote position also offers a hybrid option for candidates located in the El Dorado Hills, CA, or Chicago, IL metro regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of data collection, preprocessing, and management for machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with engineers to leverage HTML and DOM structures for dataset refinement and enhancement.
  • Conduct feature engineering experiments to improve autofill classification models.
  • Generate synthetic datasets utilizing large language models (LLMs) for model training.
  • Analyze data patterns using dimensionality reduction techniques such as t-SNE, PCA, and UMAP.
  • Automate data workflows to enhance data processing and manipulation efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation for data workflows and methodologies to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
  • Create validation systems to uphold data integrity across all datasets.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Solid experience with web analysis tools (e.g., Selenium, BeautifulSoup) and a strong grasp of HTML and DOM structures.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text data preparation.
  • Experience in generating synthetic datasets and working with LLMs.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with machine learning engineers and technical teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on data quality and governance.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data storage and processing.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity or machine learning environments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Applicants must be a US Person due to the role’s involvement with GovCloud.
