Job Overview

We are actively seeking an accomplished Microsoft Access User Interface and Database Designer to join our innovative and collaborative team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your vast expertise in developing intuitive Microsoft Access front-end interfaces and robust back-end databases, applying Visual Basic to enhance our operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy user-centric Microsoft Access interfaces and back-end databases that streamline our internal team’s quality assurance processes.
  • Regularly assess and update the user interface and database in line with team requirements to ensure a superior user experience.
  • Generate detailed documentation outlining MS Access database processes and architecture to promote clarity and usability among team members.
  • Oversee database integrity by managing backups and monitoring systems to maintain reliable data operations.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to guarantee the seamless functionality of the MS Access database.
  • Provide expert-level technical assistance to end-users to enhance their interaction with the database.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about best practices and emerging trends in Microsoft Access.

Required Skills

  • Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Access forms, reports, queries, and VBA programming.
