Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Programmer Analyst to become a key member of our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will contribute significantly to the development, design, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, specifically tailored to fulfill our CRM requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with team members, clients, and end-users to gather and define technical specifications for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Ensure that all technical requirements are in line with customer expectations and performance objectives, while maintaining alignment with our long-term strategy.
  • Assume responsibility for the release cycles, facilitating the implementation and deployment of updates to existing applications and codebase.
  • Supervise all technical dimensions of project environments.
  • Establish and uphold internal guidelines and standards for the development team to ensure consistent adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with developers from other systems to ensure smooth integration across the organization.
  • Confirm that proposed solutions adhere to security protocols throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in decision-making processes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for the development team to guarantee a seamless transition to Maintenance & Operations.

Required Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience utilizing the Force.com platform's inherent functionalities and customizing applications through Apex coding or configurations.
  • At least 4 years of programming experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Apex API Integration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps or other DevOps tools.
  • Solid understanding of data migration techniques, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), and Salesforce Object Data Manipulation Language (DML) operations.
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks and developing CRM workflows tailored to business needs.
  • Expertise in writing Apex code, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and Lightning web components.
  • Experience in implementing solutions using configurations like Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.

Qualifications

  • A demonstrated track record of successfully integrating Salesforce CRM applications with various upstream and downstream applications.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in core web technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST, JSON, XML).
  • Experience implementing various authentication protocols (OAuth) for integration with third-party applications.
  • A thorough understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations when developing custom applications.
  • Ability to define and manage technical change processes for all Salesforce technology initiatives, including assessing architecture for secure, high-performance solutions on the Force.com platform.
