Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in France. The primary focus for this role will be on-site support for customers in and around Paris, but travel to other regions may be required to provide support when team members are unavailable. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional who enjoys hands-on work, travel, and direct client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Training: Set up, calibrate, and train clients on Kongsberg PCS cutting tables, ensuring smooth operation and user confidence.
  • Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, working quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspect client systems and provide maintenance services to prevent equipment issues.
  • Technical Support: Act as the main point of contact for technical assistance, offering professional and timely support to clients.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within the Paris area, with flexibility to travel across France as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in equipment installation, diagnostics, and repair; experience with cutting tables or similar equipment is preferred.
  • Education: Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, or related field.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Language: Fluency in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Travel-Ready: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within France.
