Job Title: Client Accounting Services Professional

As a key member of our Accounting Services team, you will play an integral role in developing relationships and contributing to the success of our diverse client base. Your main responsibilities will include transactional and general ledger accounting, as well as the preparation of financial statements. This position allows you to engage with clients across various sectors, such as Manufacturing, Services, Construction, Real Estate, Not-for-Profit, and Government, providing you with the chance to expand your expertise through a wide array of challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
- Execute transactional entry
- Manage month-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements
- Engage in direct client interactions as necessary
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in processing accounting transactions and providing client accounting support
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods (January through March)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
- At least 3 years of pertinent experience in client accounting functions and transaction processing
