Job Description

Control costs and inventories of FoM units; FoM Inventory Report. Participation in the preparation of Financial Statements; Provide information for the Finance area for True Ups; preparation of finished product inventory reports, as well as units at the service of the company for the Finance area.

Control, analysis and reconciliation of units at the service of the company, integrate and collect information for PWC and SAT audits, generation of policies inherent to the position.

Preparation of various invoices for the sale of used units to employees and distributors, accounting record, sales analysis, export invoicing for the sale of engines and units, audit of executive car rentals.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of inventory reports finished products and units at the service of the company for finances. Approval of MICS intercompany charges. Cost and Revenue Per Unit Schedule for Finance Uplift Certificate for Finance Control, analysis and reconciliation of units at the Service of the Company Coordination and taking of inventories of Co Cars and Finished Product units Participation in the preparation of Financial Statements Clamping of the company's cost of sales by operation Monitoring of the Commercial Invoice system in terms of new models. Preparation of reports to inform various areas of the Company regarding sales, cost of sales, production and inventories of units at the service of the Company.
  • Preparation and filling of DISIF annexes Preparation of various invoices; sales to employees, distributors, management commitments, exports and accounting for them. Control and account for all operations associated with the sale of pre-owned units Auditor in Inventories of Co Cars units in the plants of CHEP, HSAP, GTBC, CSAP. Coordinate the mass invoicing of special units that cannot be invoiced by the Co Cars and MEVIS, IT systems by means of manual invoicing.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Public Accountant English 90% Excellent Oral and Written Communication Package Management (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Preparation and Interpretation of Financial Statements Knowledge of Corporate Systems and Programs (On Base, People Soft, SAP)
