Position Summary
The Learning Coordinator is an exciting opportunity with the MultiCare IS&T System and Technology Education Department, providing outstanding customer relations. From coordinating and supporting multiple internal and external educational offerings and services to working directly in support of customer service, this position offers you the capacity to apply creativity, communications, and decision-making in your day-to-day work functions.
Responsibilities
- You will provide customer relations for the department to ensure customers have immediate access to resources and information
- You will coordinate educational courses, training, and services offered through Education Services, assuring that all the operational pieces of the offerings are complete and meet the needs of Education Services customers
- You will promote the department image within the organization
- You will maintain Education Services electronic databases
- You will manage classes
- You will assist with confidential record keeping and audits
Requirements
- Successful completion of post-secondary coursework
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience in a position with a high degree of public relations

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $54,392.00 - $75,109.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
