About the team and the role:
You will work in Certilogo’s Delivery & Technology division, with a team of highly skilled product managers, software developers, AI specialists, UX designers and data engineers with a shared passion for building great web applications, following Agile methodology, processes and tools.
Closely in contact with the Innovation lead, and within the Innovation team, you will drive the design and implementation of the AI-based components of the different Pilots and Proof of Concepts that will help validate concepts, engage stakeholders, provide insights into market acceptance, ultimately increasing the likelihood of developing and launching of a successful full-fledged feature.
In addition, in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and the Core product features team, you will engineer these components into product-level features, focusing on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient AI models and, collaborating with our external partners, you will drive the evolutionary development and maintenance of the current Certilogo AI-components.
What you will accomplish:
You will utilize your problem-solving skills to perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering, using tools like Python, TensorFlow, Keras and PyTorch to enhance Certilogo’s Fraud Detection System performance, accuracy and efficiency.
You will use a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data, producing solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional datasets.
Finally, you will apply your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision, to develop new Intelligent Image Recognition components or evolve the current ones.
You will conduct comprehensive requirements analysis and solution design for the new AI initiatives, focusing on model architecture and data needs, and document the processes and outcomes effectively.
You will ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of AI models through rigorous testing, validation, and refinement.
What you will bring:
3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models, with a solid understanding of AI principles and technologies, both in predictive models on structured data and intelligent image recognition.
Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and similar libraries, and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of cloud services like Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, particularly those related to AI and machine learning.
Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices for AI components within a production environment.
