The Central Merchant team comprises individuals from all over the world who work closely together to build the foundations that enable us to scale our operations globally across the following functions: Sales Operations, Commercial Enablement, Merchant Success, and Enterprise Partnerships.

You will help us build Bolt Food’s Enterprise Partnerships function while supporting and collaborating with other areas in a dynamic environment. Your main focus will be to lead acquisitions, plan joint business initiatives, and explore growth opportunities with our biggest international partners across all markets, ensuring the execution of these commitments with our local teams. You will serve as the main point of contact for C-level executives from our international partners.

We expect you to be a genuine and proactive team player, embracing ambiguity on a global scale and approaching business challenges in a data-driven, structured manner. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, with strong prioritization skills, are essential.

  • <point>Build a pipeline of partnership opportunities (international food chains and other key accounts) across Europe and Africa, mapping new commercial arrangements and deal types, and seeking new deals and partnerships.</point>
  • <point>Partner Success Management: Discover key performance metrics for our largest global partners, ensuring these metrics define the success of our marketplace business. Lead contract renegotiations to secure win-win partnerships and lead joint business plans with key partners. You will be the main point of contact for international partners in your region, responsible for transforming deals into successful partnerships.</point>
  • <point>Project Management: Collaborate closely with other global teams to resolve strategic partnership challenges, coordinating with HQ functional teams and local teams to ensure every detail and request is carefully addressed.</point>
  • <point>Deliver strong results and growth against targets, continually improving performance and setting an example for peers.</point>
  • <point>Be a data expert: With each order, we gather 20 additional data points. You need to be an analytical thinker with a strong analytical mindset, ensuring that your decisions and recommendations are data-driven.</point>
  • <point>Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying fully aware of new products and the competition’s status.</point>
