We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our People Systems team. This is a hybrid role. This is an individual contributor position reporting to the VP, People Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meet with leaders and end-users to gather requirements and understand problems.
  • Collaborate with business to design scalable solutions.
  • Lead HRIS projects, enhancements, and process redesigns, coordinating with business and IT partners.
  • Ensure project roadmap aligns with changing priorities.
  • Facilitate efficient configuration use and technology application.
  • Develop detailed test plans to ensure bug-free solutions.
  • Create implementation plans using Agile methodologies.
  • Use data to analyze issues, categorize defects, and prioritize enhancements.
  • Respond to user questions, implement new processes, and improve existing ones by defining requirements and understanding impacts.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Workday systems in a live environment and Workday Certified in one of the following: Advanced Comp, Core HCM
  • Proficiency in People Analytics, Extend, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, Prism Insights, and Time Tracking is advantageous.
  • 8 years of HRIS experience in the full software development life cycle, including System Analysis, Process Design, Testing, Implementation, and Documentation.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 4-year degree (BS/BA) in a technical, business, or analytical field

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

$105,000$150,000 USD
