Description

Summary:
Alpha is an innovative, growing technology integrator seeking a strategic, passionate, and results-driven Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans that drive engagement, awareness, and growth across all vertical markets. You will oversee both internal and external communications while leveraging HubSpot and other key tools to optimize our marketing efforts. You will lead the execution of the plan that include events, content, ABM and other tactics. This person will work closely with the EVP Marketing & Sales to lead and drive growth and must be fast paced, energetic, and passionate about driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs for Alpha Videos vertical markets, solutions, and/or services across a variety of channels.
  • Research and analyze market environment along with collaboration with Sales team, VP of Marketing & Sales, and product manager to define marketing strategy for lead generation, branding, and events
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media or digital campaigns and events to support defined marketing strategy by vertical, solution and/or services.
  • Track, analyze, report and measure program performance; monitor ROI and KPIs and optimize for success
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, sell sheets, PowerPoints, etc. and ensure brand guidelines are met.
  • Lead strategy, creation and coordination of digital content (website, blogs, website, press releases, etc.); working with content marketing lead/partner to schedule, develop, deploy and measure all content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and all content.
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and logistics of trade shows supporting our vertical market teams.
  • Create pre, at, and post show support materials
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
  • Establish and maintain our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Take ownership of and leverage HubSpot tool to support marketing programs; providing HubSpot expertise and collaboration with our team

 

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (for multiple vertical markets) that align with business goals, sales goals, while targeting key audiences effectively.

· Communications Management: Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.

· Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and press releases. As well as sales collateral and tools.

· HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage inbound marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize lead generation efforts.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

· Market Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform strategies.

· Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

· Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and communications.

· Proven experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

· Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

· Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
