Job Description

The Licensed Insurance Agent, works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. In this position you represent a leading Property & Casualty client assisting members with their insurance related needs. Examples include: Inquiries addressing various types of billing, property and casualty policies, resolving questions and issues, demonstrating accuracy in processing changes. All while providing a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)
