As SCADA Analyst III, you will collaborate with business partners to identify requirements, and translate those into SCADA system requirements and logical/functional designs for SCADA solutions. Maintaining focus on continuous improvement and implementing lean processes will improve performance and safety. The ability to tackle problems and collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Collaborates with and mentors other team members

  • Provides SCADA development services and technical support

  • Ensures successful implementation of system improvements

  • Adapts and configures SCADA applications to provide solutions for business requirements

  • Coordinates with internal users and external customers to understand SCADA requirements and provide appropriate SCADA solutions

  • Analyzes requirements and develops short and long-term SCADA solutions to meet business needs

  • Recommends SCADA solutions based on business requirements within an enterprise organization

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Associate's degree, a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a SCADA or HMI role and experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware and OPC protocol

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

  • Demonstrates knowledge of network operations and telecommunications

  • Possesses SQL query writing capabilities

  • Familiar with various Flow Computer Protocols

  • Experience in the energy industry

  • Preferred: Windows programming experience (Python, VBScript, Ladder Logic)

  • Preferred: Experience in database development and management
