About the Role

Charlie Health is one of the fastest-growing startups in the healthcare industry, working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to life-saving mental health treatment. Our Clinical Outreach team members are the lifeblood of our business; they know our product, partners, and patients better than anyone. In this role, you’ll be joining a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated wholeheartedly to our mission. 

You’ll build relationships with clinical partners across super-regions and provide much-needed resources to thousands of people struggling with their mental health. You'll be a champion of Charlie Health and ensure that every possible patient, parent, and provider can access our programs. Responsibilities
  • Own, manage, and expand relationships with existing referral sources across priority markets to continue to drive growth 
  • Monitor inbound referrals and communicate with relevant parties to provide visibility into the referral to admission process 
  • Maintain constant dialogue with referral sources when clients are referred to keep them updated throughout the referral process 
  • Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships 
  • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels 
  • Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call 
  • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies 
  • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goal
Requirements
  • Preference to be located in Central or Mountain Time Zone
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience 
  • Polished interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment 
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
