The Role

As the Sr. People Analytics Partner, you will be responsible for leading our people analytics initiatives, driving our compensation structure, and implementing data-driven HR strategies. Your expertise in data analysis and compensation will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices. Having the ability to confidently apply problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment will be fundamental to your success. 

What You Will Do

  • Lead comprehensive compensation analysis initiatives, ensuring Bloomerang pay structures remain competitive, fair, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to assess job roles and compensation, delivering strategic recommendations based on data insights while keeping systems updated.
  • Proactively oversee the collection and analysis of people data, translating complex data into actionable insights and working alongside HR and organizational leaders to implement data-driven HR strategies. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members and organizational managers on matters related to HR analytics and compensation.
  • Propose and implement process improvements, innovative tools, and data-driven solutions to enhance analytical efficiency and accuracy.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2-3 years of compensation program development experience
  • 3-5 years of data management and analytic experience
  • Strong compensation tools/system experience 
  • High-growth SaaS and/or technology industry experience

Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Pave, Radford, Mercer/Comptryx experience
  • SaaS experience
  • Human Resources experience 
  • Database conversion/implementation experience
  • HRIS experience (HiBob a plus)

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $102,500 - $153,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
