Job description

VividFront is an integrated agency with a focus on setting a strong website foundation, building brands, and driving revenue with strategic digital marketing campaigns.

We're looking for a well-rounded digital marketer who wants to work in the fast-paced, exciting, and ever-changing field of digital marketing. As a Marketing Executive on our business-to-consumer team, you'll be expected to execute earned and owned campaigns from the quoting/spec stage through final quality control, launch, and reporting. This is not a client-facing role, but you will have opportunities to relay data and strategic recommendations to clients. You should be detail-oriented, confident, creative, and capable of prioritizing a full schedule.

The successful job candidate will gain a wide range of experience with marketing strategies and tactics across numerous marketing mediums and in dozens of industries. Self-starters with entrepreneurial spirits impress us and largely make up our culture; we want to foster a team that both seizes and creates opportunity within our organization.

Some of the major job responsibilities include:

  • Execute and measure effectiveness of email marketing campaigns 
  • Execute and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Creative direction for effective social media content
  • Collaboration with our in-house design team to bring creative ideas to fruition
  • Content writing (long-form) and copywriting (short-form)
  • Influencer / affiliate research, outreach and relationship management
  • Industry research, competitor research, and keyword research
  • Organic social media management, including follower-building and engagement tactics
  • Reporting and analysis

List of Skills and Abilities we desire:

    • Proven track record as a marketing executive or in a similar role
    • Demonstrated creativity and business acumen
    • Basic understanding of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices 
    • Solid grasp of audience targeting, market research, and data analysis
    • Superior writing skills
    • Creative
    • Quick learner & adaptable
    • Ability to keep calm and carry on in a fast-paced environment

    • High attention to detail 
    • Experience with Klaviyo and/or Shopify
    • Experience with creative concepting / art direction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast paced Marketing role
  • Google Analytics Certification

This is a Full-time position that we are filling at our Downtown Cleveland location. We are currently running on a hybrid of remote and in-person work.
