Job description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Project Manager Assistant who will help our clients with managing marketing projects in ClickUp, ensuring timely task completion and organized documentation. Facilitate communication across teams, lead meetings, and support broader project management efforts. You will be working with an exciting organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

The Role

Core Tasks: 
  • Manage marketing projects using ClickUp, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on time.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to marketing initiatives and external agency projects.
  • Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment and task completion.
  • Attend and lead meetings to capture notes, manage agendas, and update project statuses.
  • Coordinate with other departments to assist with broader project management beyond marketing as needed.

The Requirements

MUST-HAVE:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management within a marketing or operations team.
  • Expertise in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work MST.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Familiarity with Slack, Teams and Outlook.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies or external partners.
  • Familiarity with task automation in project management tools.
