How you’ll make an impact
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Optimization Program Manager to support the operational and project management aspects of our brand marketing initiatives.
This role is responsible for supporting the improved understanding of brand optimization and allocation of brand marketing spend across the regions in which we operate. You will achieve this by building, understanding and refining tests across multiple regions that help link brand investment to gains in brand metrics and efficiencies in the customer lifecycle funnel.
An important aspect of this role will involve the individual establishing and maintaining good working relationships with multiple stakeholders across our regional brand marketing, operations and finance teams, as well as key external strategic partners.
What you’ll doWork closely with your direct manager and Global leader of Growth Marketing and Brand to establish a working forecast model and cadence with key stakeholders in marketing channels and marketsWork with multiple stakeholders across the organization and external partners to coordinate and execute multiple brand tests and integrated campaigns, ensuring brand optimization goals are met within various regionsCollaborate with data analytics teams, marketing operations, and finance teams to gather insights and support sophisticated modeling that links brand investment to performance metrics, including awareness, consideration, and the customer lifecycle funnelSupport the development and maintenance of forecasting models to provide data-driven recommendations on spend allocation and optimizationRefine models based on feedback and new data to ensure accuracy and relevanceEnsure findings, performance and recommendation updates are shared regularly with the regional marketing teams and broader business to keep all stakeholders informedSuccess looks likeComfortable working in an environment where process doesn’t always exist and ability to navigate your way through the business to ensure successConsistent definition and attainment of both quantitative and qualitative regional brand marketing goalsStrong communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ongoing improvement in the accuracy and understanding of the marketing forecast Providing insights driven recommendations to channel and market leaders for brand spend allocationWhat you’ll bring with you1-3 years of relevant marketing experience Proven experience in end-to-end project or campaign management Experience collaborating and managing stakeholders across functions Experience with SaaS is preferable Bonus if you have experience working in a global organization with diverse teamsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data setsUnderstanding of marketing metrics and performance measurement and the interplay of a full marketing mix including ATL, TTL, BTL and Paid, Earned & OwnedExcellent organizational and project management skillsComfortable working with a range of functions from finance, business analytics and marketingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfort with ambiguityWhy Xero?
