Associate degree in technology-related field or equivalent experience, 0-2 years' experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows endpoints, Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System, Familiarity with core server administration within Microsoft Windows Server, Understanding of mobile operating systems: Apple iOS and Android.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide IT support for multiple clients
- Perform proactive maintenance on network equipment and servers
- Monitor and analyze customer networks and security appliances
- Maintain communication with clients and respond timely
