Job Overview: 


As the Sr. Campaign Manager at VAST Data, you will play a critical role in designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each campaign is strategically aligned with business objectives and delivers quantifiable results.  


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Results-Driven Campaign Execution: Develop and manage high-performing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on pipeline generation and measurable business outcomes. Ensure that all campaigns are strategically aligned with VAST Data’s goals and messaging. 
  • Vertical Campaign Management: Develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns targeted at key verticals, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with business objectives 
  • Persona Development & Maintenance: Build, refine, and update detailed buyer personas to accurately reflect target audiences and inform campaign direction. 
  • Campaign Playbooks & Content Mapping: Develop playbooks and map content to different stages of the buyer’s journey, ensuring personalized and relevant touchpoints. 
  • Content Development & Repackaging: Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-impact content and repurpose existing materials for new formats and channels. 
  • Email Nurture Programs: Design and implement email nurture sequences, integrating personalized messaging to guide prospects through the funnel. 
  • Webinars & Virtual Events: Oversee the development and execution of webinars, including event promotion, messaging, and platform management (Goldcast or similar). 
  • ABM Strategy: Work closely with sales to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring campaigns are highly targeted and aligned with key accounts. 
  • Event Support: Provide strategic support for Tier 1 events, including messaging, promotions, and audience engagement efforts. 
  • Reporting & Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, leveraging HubSpot for reporting and continual improvement. 

 


Requirements

Key Qualifications: 


  • Proven experience in B2B campaign management, with a demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline through results-oriented strategies. A proactive, solution-oriented approach that embraces challenges with a can-do attitude. 
  • Expertise in vertical marketing and persona-based strategies, with the ability to design content that drives engagement at each stage of the buyer’s journey. 
  • Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (Goldcast preferred) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred). 
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics. 
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to derive insights from campaign performance data to continuously optimize results. 
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit, working seamlessly across cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and regional marketing. 
  • Experience supporting large-scale events, with a focus on messaging and promotional strategies. 
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with the adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic setting.
