You Have:
11+ years of experience with systems engineering for IT systems
Experience in formulating requirements associated with a program’s network, system, and software IT and database systems
Experience with leading development and maintenance of network, system, and software IT and database systems and data warehouse implementations
Ability to plan and execute program increments, retrospective, and Essential SAFe activities
Ability to translate technical specifications into programming specifications, develop, customize, or acquire applications software programs, and test, debug, and maintain software programs
Ability to test, install, configure, and maintain networks, including hardware servers, hubs, bridges, switches, and routers and software that permits the sharing and transmission of information
Ability to develop and administer databases used to store and retrieve data and develop standards for the handling of information
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Technology
Agile and DoD 8570 Level I Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with using Jira or an alternative Agile Project Management tool
Experience with using Confluence or an alternative knowledge management tool
SAFe Agilist, SAFe Product Owner or Product Manager, Confluence, or Jira Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
