Job Description

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s digital presence as we launch an innovative baby sleep product. You’ll craft engaging content, build relationships with influential parents and caregivers, and develop strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your social media expertise with the impactful world of parenting and baby care. You’ll work directly with our founder, a pediatric sleep consultant, to translate complex sleep concepts into relatable, shareable content that helps families while growing our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create captivating, parent-focused content that educates and engages our audience
  • Lead influencer outreach efforts and manage impactful marketing campaigns
  • Sync marketing initiatives with our e-commerce goals in collaboration with the assistant
  • Continuously analyze social media metrics to refine and optimize our online presence
  • Stay at the forefront of social media trends in the parenting and baby products niche
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted paid social media campaigns


Requirements
  • Proven social media marketing experience, ideally in the parenting or baby products sector
  • Exceptional content creation skills with a knack for visually appealing, engaging posts
  • Demonstrated success in influencer marketing and relationship building
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools and performance reporting
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to adapt tone for various audiences
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work remotely during Pacific Standard Time business hours
