5-7 years of experience in IT service management or Product management, Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration or equivalent diploma preferred, Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, Advanced English knowledge, verbal and written, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Key responsabilities:
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for all Catalogues
- Collaborate with IT teams to gather Catalogue requirements
- Contribute to Catalogue Management policies and SOPs
- Assist in validating product/service data from OEMs and Distributors
- Support the management of newsletter and SharePoint site content
