Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer (Web) to join our team. You will work on an innovative Real-Time Collaboration Platform including Audio / Video calls, Conferencing, and Chat as well as multiple other services.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Identifying and escalating issues, questions, and bugs as early as possible
  • Planning, communicating with developers, and documenting expected testing activities and ways to implement tests in the system
  • Providing manual and automated testing, debugging, and reporting on all test activities
  • Designing and creating test documentation including test cases, checklists, test runs, test plans, and bug reports
  • Preparing test environments and test stands
  • Reproducing, troubleshooting, and assisting Support/other DEVs/QAs with issues
  • Taking an active part in kanban meetings, using kanban/DevOps practices and techniques
  • Using, analyzing, maintaining, and improving QA processes and practices, as well as implementing new practices that will optimize the delivery of work items on all stages


What You Bring to the Team 

  • 3+ years of experience in QA
  • Understanding of test design techniques and types of testing
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies and processes
  • Knowledge of HTTP protocol
  • Have experience with API testing
  • Understanding concepts of web applications (Front End, Back End)
  • Linux knowledge (user / confident user)
  • Intermediate level of English


Now, it would be fantastic if You 

  • Have experience with a programming language (TypeScript, JavaScript, PHP) 
  • Have experience with  cloud solutions (AWS)
  • Have experience with SQL
  • Possess knowledge of network technologies. What OSI model is. How DNS, DHCP, etc work
  • Worked with TestRail, JIRA
  • Have a background in test automation with Playwright
  • Have experience with Git
