Weâre looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and proactive Compliance & Operations Intern who is passionate about maintaining high standards and tackling operational challenges.

Your mission? Support our compliance initiatives, streamline operational processes, and contribute to the foundation of risk management and governance that drives our organization forward.

What Youâll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute Of It):

Assist in maintaining and monitoring compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and DORA standards, ensuring all requirements are met and documented accurately.
Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, tracking progress and aiding in reporting for sustainability and corporate responsibility efforts.
Help manage Governance, Risk, and our Compliance (GRC) platform, working to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.

Your profile

Youâve graduated with a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree from a top-tier university or equivalent, and youâre eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentâideally within, compliance, or a related field. Previous experience/internship in this area? Even better.
Youâre ready to apply your knowledge to support compliance frameworks and operational processes that keep us at the forefront of the industry. If you are familiar with the intricacies of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and DORA that is a great plus Youâre a fast learner, ready to dive into the realms of GRC platforms, ESG initiatives, and risk management.
