What you’ll do
We’re a small, growing business offering HR outsourcing to small and midsize organizations (including non-profits and private foundations). As a Hiring Specialist, you’ll partner with clients in various industries and help them elevate their businesses through people.
 
Day-to-day you will:
  • Manage the Hiring Journey: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver top-notch recruiting strategies. You'll be their go-to expert!
  • Creating Engaging Job Ads: Craft compelling job advertisements that attract the right candidates and showcase our clients’ brands in a vibrant, modern way.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies & Interview Questions: Research and develop creative sourcing strategies that attract top talent, and design engaging interview questions that align with our client’s needs and values—ensuring every candidate experience is exceptional!
  • Screening and Interviewing: Use your keen eye for talent to conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Developing Best Practices: Share your knowledge and creativity with our team to enhance our hiring resources and processes. Your ideas matter here!
 
What you need to thrive in this role

  • Experience: 1-4 yrs in recruitment/talent acquisition, with a knack for finding and attracting talent.  
  • Location: Remote role in Eastern or Central Time Zones, with occasional travel to Bethlehem, PA.
