What you’ll do

We’re a small, growing business offering HR outsourcing to small and midsize organizations (including non-profits and private foundations). As a Hiring Specialist, you’ll partner with clients in various industries and help them elevate their businesses through people.

Day-to-day you will:

Manage the Hiring Journey: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver top-notch recruiting strategies. You'll be their go-to expert!
Creating Engaging Job Ads: Craft compelling job advertisements that attract the right candidates and showcase our clients’ brands in a vibrant, modern way.
Innovative Sourcing Strategies & Interview Questions: Research and develop creative sourcing strategies that attract top talent, and design engaging interview questions that align with our client’s needs and values—ensuring every candidate experience is exceptional!
Screening and Interviewing: Use your keen eye for talent to conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide valuable insights to clients.
Developing Best Practices: Share your knowledge and creativity with our team to enhance our hiring resources and processes. Your ideas matter here!

What you need to thrive in this role

Experience: 1-4 yrs in recruitment/talent acquisition, with a knack for finding and attracting talent.
Location: Remote role in Eastern or Central Time Zones, with occasional travel to Bethlehem, PA.
