About Digital Health Unit (DHU):
We are a small team within a global digital organization reporting to the Global Executive Team that is responsible for launching new solutions at the intersection of health, nutrition, and technology to drive value added services across all engagement channels (online and off-line) that translate into enhanced consumer experiences and improved health outcomes.
The unit is dedicated to innovating and creating digital solutions such as mobile health apps, Gen AI chatbots, integrations into branded websites, and channel partner solutions.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programs Manager to lead select projects in digital health across Nestle Health Science (NHSc) portfolio of brands, categories, and geographies. The Strategic Programs Manager will be involved in end-to-end execution of initiatives from opportunity identification to development and commercialization of NHSc branded apps, platforms, and integrations with ecosystem partners.
The Candidate will play a leading role in diving deep into customer and brand needs, defining customer journeys, scoping solution requirements, monitoring progress of product development efforts, defining commercial models and overseeing solution launches.
The Strategic Programs Manager will work closely with NHSc brand, product, R&D, marketing, legal, regulatory, IT, and medical affairs teams locally and globally to define and execute projects that support the growth of our business. To succeed in this role, we need an effective cross-functional player who can understand how to operate in a matrixed environment and can work collaboratively to ensure strong alignment behind shared goals.
The Candidate will have a proven track record of success in project and product management, with experience in developing and launching tech solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Nestle Health Science business globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead several strategic projects in digital health and wellness across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies, focused on improving customer (patient/consumer) engagement and health outcomes.
- Work closely with steering committee, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, workplan and timing across all project workstreams.
- Oversee end-to end project execution from idea through development to commercial execution in an agile way to stay on time and budget. Full ownership of project KPIs.
- Identify valuable ecosystem partners that could accelerate time to market and work with business, legal, and other functions to contract.
- Ensure proper project governance and lead workstream meetings with stakeholders, providing concise business updates to leadership. Analyze, evaluate, communicate, and overcome risks.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 4+ years on Program/Project Management experience.
- 2+ years with a top-tier strategy consulting firm serving clients in tech and healthcare industries.
- 2+ years of Product management role with a health tech company/tech company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Marketing, or related discipline required.
- MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
- Training in product and program management is required.
- Experience with launching/operating digital nutrition services/wellness platforms/personalization services.
- Some understanding of the Digital Health ecosystem in US is required.
- Proven record of overseeing complex cross-functional projects in a matrix organization successfully.
- Experience with data driven approach to product development and commercialization.
- Must be able to travel to Bridgewater, NJ at least 20% of the time.

The approximate pay range for this position is $122,491 - $153,114. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
