RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address and resolve members inquiries
  • Troubleshooting App and Devise Issues
  • Document and update member records based on interactions
  • Stay informed about our evolving products and services
  • Manage multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKSPACE:

  • Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up the workstation
  • Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
  • Three power connections
  • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
  • Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Apps and Devices
  • Previous medical experience a plus

 

TRAINING:

  • 100% attendance required
  • Live Remote Training
  • Systems and Program Training
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training 

 

AFTER-TRAINING SCHEDULE: 

  • Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift
