Job description

Unify and Amplify the Culture Message:

• Craft and execute a compelling, ‘always-on’ communications strategy that connects the ERGs, GP2W teams, and talent + culture-building programs into a single, authentic narrative aligned with the company’s brand, mission and EVP.

• On a daily basis, monitor culture channels, directly inject support and help culture leaders with engaging and productive comms in alignment with the Code of Conduct, Values and Corporate Comms policies, connecting dots to People team members proactively where further resources or information would be beneficial to these communities.

Elevate Diverse Voices:

• Partner with ERGs, GP2W, and other teams to ensure the company’s diverse and talented voices are represented and celebrated across all internal and external channels and recruitment branding.

Boost External Recognition:

• Lead the charge on external culture rankings and submissions for platforms like Great Place to Work, Fortune, Glassdoor, and others, crafting submission content that elevates the company’s standing as a culture leader in the global Edtech space.

Amplify People Leadership Team:

• Collaborate with Corporate Comms and PR to raise the external visibility of the People team leaders through thought leadership, speaking engagements, media opportunities, and awards - in the areas of Talent & Culture, Total Rewards, Shared Services and People Strategy & Operations.

Measure & Optimize:

• Create and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent and culture communications—leveraging data from employee engagement surveys, sentiment analysis, event participation, and ranking results.

Master Modern Tools:

• Utilize platforms like Slack, Asana, Google Suite, Culture Amp, Happeo, and AI-powered communication tools to optimize processes and streamline collaboration across teams.
