Position Summary:

The purpose of this role is to provide end to end talent management across the region in alignment with overall IP talent management. The Talent Manager will be responsible for executing the IP learning and talent strategy within the region, driving talent and development programs and supporting the HR Business partners in talent calibration, learning and development, succession planning and performance management.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Career paths based on JD updates & skill matrix per each department.
  • Coordinate and keep updated local mandatory certifications per specific positions.
  • Talent review & calibration process.
  • Work with managers and HR BPS to ensure development plans are in place and being executed on.
  • Work with leadership to create and operationalize succession plans for critical roles and employees with retirement risk.
  • Identify high-performing employees and critical roles and develop retention strategies.
  • Lead Performance Management
  • D&I initiatives
  • In charge to coordinate Recruitment & Selection for the site in which the position is located.
  • In charge to be the backup for the HRBP of the site in which the position is located.
  • Create, deploy, and promote approaches to build organizational capability through development planning that could include development activities such as targeted assignments, experiential learning, coaching, mentoring, 360 feedback, formal education, and leadership programs.
  • Responsible for the implementation of global practices, processes and tools across the region that enable the deployment of global people strategy.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.
  • Develop and implement regional talent management processes that align and adopt to corporate initiatives/programs and ensure talent and successors pipeline at all levels of the organization.
  • Become the regional expert in LMS and accompany initiatives to support development journeys in Workday.
  • Coordinate local and regional training programs, including training needs assessment to create training program as needed in individual countries.
  • Connect with and support the HR Business Partners across the region and align with Talent and Learning
  • Participate in global HR initiatives and projects.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in related area preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience or talent management
  • Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization including at senior levels.
  • Full knowledge in coaching talents and leaders and to use people assessment tools.
  • Successfully implements HR strategies and projects.
  • Experience in LMS.
  • Supports activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Experience investigating and resolving complex employee relations matters and able to solve problems.
  • Facilitates functional recruitment strategies.
  • High communication skills with all job levels (operators, professionals, or managers).
  • Advanced English
