This position has opportunities to start in the Spring. Please see our start date below and let us know your availability.

  • Spring Internships: Monday, January 6, 2025 (15-20 hours per week max)

The Intern - Sales Project Management will assist ongoing projects across the Sales Business Operations team. Their day to day will include helping with coordinating meetings, taking notes, maintaining documentation and monitoring project timelines. This opportunity will be for the Spring semester, beginning on January 6th, 2025.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the successful performance and operations of the Business Operations PMO by supporting strategic projects and initiatives

  • Create PMO tools, templates, and processes to enable our teams to manage projects efficiently and effectively

  • Provide project kickoff and execution support to program managers and key stakeholders; such as, kickoff decks, project plans, timelines, risk/issues tracking, and deliverable and milestone tracking 

  • Maintain Business Operations team Action log by documenting new items, assigning due dates, and following up with owners

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, manage communication, and maintain project documentation

  • May manage small projects with leadership oversight  

  • Manage incoming project requests

  • Assist business partners to investigate/discover upcoming and/or existing project opportunities

  • Develop and communicate project updates to key stakeholders

  • Collaborate and coordinate with project teams across Commercial Operations and other functions

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business Administration/Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with G Suite or Microsoft Office

  • Problem solving, including solving technical challenges

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Strong documentation and writing skills

  • Excellent time management and listening skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to speak to technical and functional audiences and across all levels of the organization

  • Ability to find creative solutions to meet or exceed business needs

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to organize priorities effectively

  • Project management experience

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
