What you can expect

Zoom is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Professional Services Organization. The Technical Project Manager will be managing the designing and deployment of CX solutions. This role will be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Team

The Professional Services Organisation are responsible for managing the designing and deployment of Zoom Phone and Contact Center solutions.

What we’re looking for

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or its equivalent and experience designing and implementing Voice/Video and Contact Center solutions

  • Experience of implementing Enterprise contact center solutions

  • Experience of implementing integrations into Contact Centers and Telephony solutions

  • Experience of implementing chat bots for Enterprise customer solutions

  • Experience with Voice/Video and Contact Center best practices, processes, and procedures for design, deployment, and support

  • Experience with migrations to Cloud Voice & Cloud Contact Center solutions

  • Have knowledge of deployments for SBCs, trunks, gateways
