What we’re looking for:

As a Continuous KYX Team Lead you will be responsible for a team of KYX analysts in Bulgaria , whose role is to conduct stringent checks and due diligence at the Periodic Review stage and throughout the customer life cycle. You'll have a dynamic variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis and face challenges that often require a unique solution.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:
  • Leading the daily workflow assignment, ensuring all tasks are distributed correctly and completed on time.
  • Being the subject matter expert on KYC, corporate due diligence and AML risk and managing a team of analysts.
  • Resolving the issues raised by analysts and escalations by stakeholders.
  • Leading and coordinating the CDD and EDD reviews of low, medium and high risk members.
  • Mentoring Analysts, monitoring their progress, goals, and removing blockers that prevent them from performing well.
  • Liaison between different departments and team leads of other teams - coordinating across different business areas to achieve a common goal.
  • Suggesting and executing procedural improvements.
  • Acting as an escalation point for your teammates.
  • Managing other tasks and Remediation Activities as assigned.
  • Steering and overseeing individual and team KPIs / OKRs
  • Keeping yourself abreast about latest changes in KYC/ AML policies and implementation of same at team operational level
What makes you a great fit: 
  • You've 3+ years KYC experience.
  • You have proven yourself as KYC team leader: 1-3 years management experience
  • You have expertise in Risk & AML understanding of merchants.
  • You've excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • You have outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
  • You are a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual with a never say die attitude capable of maintaining the morale of the team in any situation.
  • You are a self-motivator and self-starter.
  • You are highly data driven and have good capabilities in Excel.
  • You are focused on quality.
  • Proficient in German
  • You are able to adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
  • You are a Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
