Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role focuses on nurturing relationships with our existing clients to identify and create upsell opportunities for our suite of products and services. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and a strategic thinker, capable of understanding client needs and aligning them with our offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify Upsell Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional products and services that align with client needs.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and presentations to keep clients informed about new features and offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account metrics and performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Customer Education: Educate clients on the benefits and value of additional products and services.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
