As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our revenue teams. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with Marketing & Sales leadership to improve performance visibility, deliver insights to inform strategy and enable data-driven decision making aligned to our business goals.
What You’ll DoMaintain a regular cadence of key metric reporting, identifying insights on performance trends and risksDevelop forecasts and predictive models to drive better sales performance and uncover revenue-generating opportunitiesCollaborate with GTM leadership on territory planning, headcount allocation, and quota setting to ensure optimal resource allocation and revenue potentialCollaborate with Client Success and Sales leadership to develop and refine a robust methodology for Client Health Scoring, which will be used to monitor and improve customer retention and growthPartner with GTM leadership on the design and implementation of commission structures aligned to the businesses strategic growth prioritiesWho You Are5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role, preferably in SaaS or a high-growth technology environmentStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insightsExperience with commission design, territory planning, and headcount allocationExpertise in ARR forecasting and understanding of revenue drivers in subscription-based businessesExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Salesforce Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)Experience using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis preferredWhy You'll Love Working With Us
