Responsible for contributing to and executing MCP’s marketing strategy and driving pipeline growth from marketing campaigns. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that align with organizational objectives and maximize brand visibility
- Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives and maximize brand visibility
- Creates marketing presentations
- Contribute content and outreach for website and social media campaigns including blogs, articles for trade publications and social media outlets including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
- Digital marketing responsibilities include using WordPress and HubSpot to manage and refresh content on the company’s website; using HubSpot to manage digital outreach campaigns; assists with SEM/SEO efforts
- Ensure alignment with MCP brand strategy and help support staff members related to brand support
- Engage in day-to-day activity with marketing partners
- Participate in the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Build pipeline for MCP services and solutions through demand generation campaigns
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide regular reports to leadership to enable data-driven decision-making
- Drive the promotion of our resources and brand to maximize visibility, engagement, and overall impact
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ten years of marketing experience developing and implementing business to government marketing campaign is required; public safety and/or alarm industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university
- Certificates, licenses and registrations required: N/A
- Other skills required: WordPress, HubSpot, Social Media, Adobe, WordPress
