ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an energetic, data-driven and innovative Paid Media Manager (Search and Social) to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of paid media campaign management.
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading small and large media strategy, monitoring performance and reporting to clients. This individual will also be expected to directly manage high-value client initiatives and provide strategic guidance to a team of Paid Media professionals.
This role will also work closely with directors and managers of other specialties to enhance our offering and develop standard processes and procedures as we grow. This is a "roll up your sleeves" type role that has great room for growth as our business expands.
To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Colombia.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Vice President of Operations, the Paid Media Manager will be responsible for driving client success within their own book of business and for helping to train and mentor our team members across best practices for Search and Social Paid Media.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and support an end-to-end multichannel strategy to align with brand and original content objectives and initiatives (Lead-Gen and e-commerce)
- Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand recognition studies and performance optimization against critical metrics
- Coordinate with teams from other disciplines, PPC, analysis, SEO, social networks, and web development
- Develop a creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefings and performance readings
- Provide clear creative direction to designers
- Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the account management team and other strategic partners
- Set up, optimize, and run paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Write and review texts for paid advertising campaigns based on SEO/SEM best practices
- Monitor daily advertising spend by channel to align it with the client's monthly budgets
- Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Prepare projections and forecast calculations regarding incremental customer growth
- Interact with C-level client contacts on a regular and independent basis
- Manage the daily activities of the team, project management and task prioritization, and campaign best practices and tools
ABOUT YOU
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on social and paid search campaigns
- Extensive experience with Facebook and Google Ads
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Extensive experience setting up Facebook ads including tracking and pixel settings
- Strong knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics. Experience with Finance clients will be valued
- Great attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills, creative, customer focused and action oriented
- English fluency a plus
