Job description

What you'll do
  • Identify, analyze and specify the needs of our customers
  • Prepare and run functional workshops
  • Write the documents and reports associated with the project management 
  • Perform the configuration 
  • Provide training for end users 
  • Support users during the acceptance phases 
  • Ensuring the quality of the customer relationship 
  • Participating in pre-sales missions
  • Monitoring and understanding regulatory developments related to banking reporting
  • Developing a sought-after expertise on regulatory reporting
 
You could also intervene occasionally internally on the following missions: 
  • Participation in the improvement of our reporting solutions
  • Preparation of pre-sales models
  • Writing of documentation (user procedures, practical cases, test cases, etc.)
  • Training of junior consultants

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of management, finance or similar 
  • You have a first successful experience in project management and ideally during a mission to integrate a reporting software.
  • You are known for your analytical and writing skills, your sense of quality, service and customer commitment (listening, relational and communication skills, diplomacy, pedagogy in knowledge transfer) 
  • You master insurance accounting and insurance jobs. Having concepts in actuarial science is a plus. 
  • You have a good knowledge of Solvency 2. 
  • You justify a successful experience in the field of insurance regulatory reporting. 
  • You are fluent in French and English. 
  • You are ready to make frequent trips to our customers.
