Harper James are a full service, national, commercial law firm with a unique business model and an innovative way of working. We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to work from home on a freelance flexible basis producing legal content for our website.

With so many clients spending a considerable time on our website, your content needs to be easily understandable and informative.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing and writing accurate legal content (blog posts, website content, newsletters, articles).
  • Conducting appropriate legal research.
  • Working closely with our Content Manager to ensure the suitability of all content and follow keyword research.
  • Applying excellent proofreading and editing skills to writing content and other materials.

Experience needed:

  • Experienced UK qualified lawyer in the field of employment law (essential).
  • The ability to write clearly in plain English.
  • Knowledge of writing for the web and for search engine optimisation would be desirable.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
