Min 3.5 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in both outbound and inbound roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing leads and tracking sales activities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.

Core responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce the company’s products or services. Generate and qualify leads through research and initial conversations, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement. Utilize scripts and sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring that meetings are well-organized and aligned with sales objectives. Maintain a high volume of outbound activities (calls, emails, etc.) to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets. Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing detailed information about products or services. Qualify inbound leads and determine their potential value, prioritizing follow-up actions. Guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns to move them closer to a purchase decision. Upsell and cross-sell products or services based on customer needs and preferences. Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement for both outbound and inbound prospects. Update the CRM system with accurate and timely information regarding lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
