As a Technical Product Owner, you’ll oversee the full life cycle of technical products, from inception through to development, release and support. You’ll work in an environment that takes Agile seriously and actively lead the team to deliver value to the business. You’ll also successfully translate business requirements into technical specifications, while effectively managing product backlog.
As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate with our senior technical and cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible solutions. Your extensive knowledge in data management, API integration, analytics and reporting will be crucial in driving your leadership in this role!
This is a full-time permanent position, based in our Colombo office. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably as a Product Owner, within an Agile environment.
Solid understanding of software development concepts and processes, with a focus on product ownership.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
Amazing planning skills, with experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs
Prior experience with interpreting business goals, quantitative and qualitative insights to inform solutions.
Successfully completed a Certified Scrum Product Owner course or related certifications.
