As a Toyota/Lexus Maintenance Care Service Advisor, your essential job functions will include the following:
- Sell/assist with sale of tires and maintenance care products to customers on the service drive with the goal of exceeding assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Inspecting customers’ cars on the service lane.
- Diagnosing tire and maintenance care related problems, recommending service and quoting prices.
- Maintain knowledge of tire and maintenance care products.
- Create awareness and communicate key initiatives and program value to ensure commitment.
- Assuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
- Maintain effective customer relationships including relationships with dealer personnel.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and complaints and solve problems that arise.
- Complete monthly market analysis.
- Assist in store operations: maintain inventory, open/close the store and report responsibilities.
- Assist dealership technicians to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Clean and maintain Toyota/Lexus Maintenance Care Service Advisor work area.
- Additional duties assigned based upon dealership location – please refer to attached addendum if there are additional duties required.

Position Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in retail automotive operations, or equivalent experience in related environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient computer skills to include experience with MS Office and online order management applications.
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
- Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.

Physical Job Requirements
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Frequent bending, crouching, and twisting.
- Lifting at least 75 pounds.
- Comply with the Dealer Tire Store dress code policy.
- You will be required to work a fluctuating work week schedule, and must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
Drug Policy
- Dealer Tire is a drug-free environment. All applicants being considered for employment must pass a pre-employment drug screening before beginning work.
- There will be random drug testing for all Dealer Tire Store associates.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. $27.10 - $29.50
