About the Role


i4DM is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience with manual and automation testing to join our fast-growing team. We're looking for team members who bring at least two years of software testing experience leveraging Selenium and can work well in an Agile Team to deliver critical software solutions to a large federal program.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct automated testing using Selenium
  • Conduct manual testing
  • Design, implement and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
  • Develop, maintain and upgrade test scripts for application products
  • Write, implement and report status for system test cases for testing based on system design specifications
  • Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design
  • Serve as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how to make our software solutions defect free when delivered
  • Ensure testing documentation is updated based on the new user requirements
  • Design, document and execute test plans and test cases 


Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least two (5) years of software testing experience
  • At least two (2) years of experience with Selenium
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in an Agile team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a virtual environment
  • Ability to acquire a Public Trust clearance
