Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing sales onboarding and ongoing sales improvement opportunities for deployment and execution through channel front line sales leaders. Acts as a key liaison between regional sales leadership and both division and headquarters operations and learning and development organizations. Provides support and coordination of headquarters training programs and provides ongoing reinforcement of core sales training competencies. Works closely with the frontline sales leaders to identify sales effectiveness opportunities to ensure leaders have all the tools and skills necessary to support the success of their sales teams sales representative from onboarding and throughout their role. Achieves results through effective change management training and communications. Requires strong ability to establish effective working relationships, strategic and systems thinking, sales and leadership training and coaching experience, excellent project management skills, and strong communication skills. May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Core Responsibilities
Supports the creation and implementation of employee engagement plans that inform, educate and enhance the understanding of the Company’s products, services and experiences.
Manages and implements employee engagement plans that coach, foster and reinforce key sales and service behaviors that ensure the sales success of the Company’s products, services and experiences. Influences the design and implementation of employee engagement events – brainstorming ideas, creatively planning, and recommending branding and communication for messaging and events.
Handles logistics associated with the delivery of employee engagement plans.
Develops post-event feedback plans to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback measuring sentiment and adoption.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Responsible for building and parntering with others to develop employee education, training, sales targeting, and weekly huddle development that is targeted for use by specific sales channels 
Responsible for call listening, and identifying trends in sales pitch and sales closing approaches across multiple channels to then inform additional training and support for sales team to fuel results.
Consistently reviews sales performance and trends by team including call activity, product sales, reviewing coaching logs to ensure consistent execution across the channels
May support one on one leadership coaching for sales leaders

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $109,435.12 - $164,152.68

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
